I have read stories of police officers buying food or diapers for people who where caught trying to steal the items. Kindness can go a long way in the world. Better to have the officer buy the item then having the parent with a criminal record

yeah i've read stories of cops going the extra mile for other people, hoping more people would follow in their steps, cop or not
