  • US and Iran

So, the US assassinated a top Iranian military man. In response, Iran took a revenge and fired missiles over a base in Iraq where the Americans are stationed. What are your thoughts on these events?

So, who is the first nation who had a fault here? Would it be the US or Iran?

If the US had not targeted that person, then Iran would not have fired those missiles.

How about blaming the country that loves to interfere with other countries' affairs? Lol.

I do not know if I need to support my country when I know that there is a notion, most specially from outsiders, that the US assassinate people whom they perceive as threats to the security of the nation.

And it also believed that the CIA overthrows foreign governments when those foreign governments are not aligned with what the US wants.

We should always support our country. It is allegiance, right?

How come no casualty was reported when the missiles from Iran hit the base? Was there a cover up?

I think there were reports of some people who were hurt on those missile attacks.

How could there possibly be a cover-up for that? I think that the media wants to uphold propaganda or just something else.

There could be. It is just that they do not want to sensationalize the event to prevent any other notions.

I read that even Israel tested its own missiles recently. When Iran conducts tests of its missile, the West would react negatively. When Israel conducts its own missile tests, the West would not say anything about it. What gives?

All I know is that the US President is arrogant and racist, the whole world does not like him and he should deal with it because he's like that.

Oh, that is not good, that is just being biased! What can you expect? Well, I do not want to go any further on this topic if it's about the West, so don't get me started.

Do you think that the US is doing too much already? Why do they need to act like the police of the world?

priority23 President? Why blame it on Trump? Would it be nice if we criticize the government itself and not the people?

For me, the US should respect the sovereignty of other nations. They should not interfere with the affairs of other nations.

And about the plane crash, it involves the tension between the US and Iran. I feel bad for those innocent people that have passed because of the incident.

But it was Iran who shot it down. I do not think that it was a sanctioned shot down. It was an accident, too.

PieFun was it really an accident? Well, I feel bad for the people involved in it. They should be careful next time because it is not easy to test things out and things might possibly turn out wrong. There's the proof, they've killed innocent lives and there's nothing we can do to have them back.

The whole world is just waiting for updates about this US and Iran thing. It is alarming too that people start to think that there could possibly be a WW3 that is stirring up for this year.

No. There would be no WW3. Anyway, there is a conspiracy theory that Germany started both world wars 1 and 2, so they say that WW3 would also be started by Germany. Lol.

Tastyrese lol, why the hell would Germany want to start another World War? Can't we all just live in peace and just think about saving the plane first before we'd kill each other?

All I know is that there could possibly be a World War 3 and I fear that those innocent people would be harmed because of their countries' leaders.

Let's not hope that this would happen but we should keep updated about things like these. I'll stay tuned by the news and see how this whole thing would go.

Nope. That is not going to happen. Iran has already slowed down. Both of them could not really afford to go into war as it is costly and difficult.

No. Launching missiles is expensive. Would you use most of your missile stocks for a petty war?

Updates says that there are no US troops that are killed during Iran's missile attack, rather, several were injured. Everything you need to know is on the internet and I just don't know what to say about this. It was quite a horrrific scene to think that two countries are already fighting.

It's best if two leaders should settle this fight. Why are they even using those innocent people to fight for them? Oh, are those leaders cowards?

  • #11
I do think that the assassination is something that the US shouldn't have done. It just spiked the tension between the two. Leaders from US and Iran should have just talked in a diplomatic way.

I cannot blame Iran for doing what they did, the US assassinated one of their own so I guess they just want some revenge? But their revenge just cost too much damage though. Well, I agree that they should have just settled the issue in a harmless way.

  • #12
What the US did to Iran is unacceptable but we don't know the real reason behind that, right? But what Iran did is also unacceptable. Well, I do think that both of them have faults and those two should resolve their issue right away before something worse happens.

It all began when the assassination of Iran's leader had happened and things started happening here and there. Ah, this world is really a scary place to live in!
